Winter Sunrise a bend on the Towy

I finished the above painting this morning. I am hoping that with the arrival of Spring the morning swill be a bit warmer. Anyway I have also finished a commission to be presented to our twin town to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the twinning. So I am now getting pretty well up to date with my paintings and have a reasonable collection of work for my exhibition in June.
Talking of Spring I heard my first cuckoo this morning although Alex and I saw a pair of them on Sunday but they weren't in song.
This afternoon I am picking up 2 of the grandchildren. Alex is framing.
