The above painting of oystercatchers sold last week. I love watching the cheeky chappies. The shoreline is a favourite subject of mine.
That being said I have painted/ drawn/sketched so many times that it is inevitable I will do many subjects on a number of occasions. Cezanne painted Mont Sainte-Victoire on at least 70 occasions if I recall correctly. I think I would draw the line at that (sorry couldn't help the pun).
